Thank u Sir for your deep insight.🙏 I Myself had booked a unit in Omaxe Chandni Chowk. After hearing your insight in previous video on the same subject I had cancelled the booking. Even after lapse of 3 months I have not received the booking amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs. I guess I learned the lession the Hard way but your video saved a ton of money by not going through with this deal. 🙏

Hello sir I have given money to a project for land purchase but they were unable to produce supporting legal documents. That's why I cancelled the deal but now they are not returning my money. They issued me a cheque but they are saying wait wait we don't have sufficient funds now. And also they didn't give me the full amount cheque it's only 1/4th. What to do now?

Mr. Rao, I don't know whether you have actually read the draft BBA and Rent agreement for Omaxe. First of all, you failed to point out that the whole project is on a 99 year lease and not the absolute ownership. So where there is a main lease agreement between Omaxe and North Delhi Municipal Corporation, obviously there will be a sub-lease agreement between the new investor and Omaxe/NDMC. I could have discussed more but seems you need to aware yourself with the very facts of these projects before we can engage in a really healthy discussion or constructive arguments. Regards
