Lesson is- (1) Don't become the second 'abhimanyu'. Always discuss exit/ refund scheme while having discussion with sales executive , get written confirmation of that exit plan from higher officer on email (2) Never answer the confirmation call as per sales person directives

Within 5 minutes of the video this guy ignored all the red flags that the mahindra club dude was showing him. No awareness in the moment. Why would you agree, in first place, with the lie that the membership was sold at home and not at the showroom? I would not have taken it even if it was too good to be true offers. Why even go to any place where you didn't want to go? Cancel it straight in that time, when he couldn't go to Jaipur the first time. I'm facepalming at the guy's sense of awareness or self preservation. He seems so gullible to such evil salesmen manipulation and breaks easily under any pressure. Such videos are need to be showcased on social media to people to know where their money are invested. Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm never going to any club memberships let alone club mahindra. 😆😁😄 PS. I'm a woman btw. 😂😅❤❤

In his first video there is no mention of holidays he opted. No doubt mis selling is there but that is why verification mechanism is there. But sales people are just completing their target not knowing the consequences. He should accept sales people made him fool.

@@prasadcnavale yes. I agree he should accept his foolishness. 👌 👋 but sales people know the consequences. They're are just doing their jobs to get commission and complete their set targets with absence of any humanity. 60k is a fairly adeuqate amount to invest in no matter what. One should be aware where they invest their money. Scamming comes in various forms and must be known to everyone no matter what age, gender, caste or community we belong in this world. Know the tactics yourself to be safe. That's all.

He accepts that the sales people made a fool of him. Now what is the next step? Is he obliged to say that Club Mahindra can keep his money, because the sales people successfully fooled him? Is that what you are saying?

@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal Hell to the no sir. Not even one rupee invested by them should be given despite their mistake of becoming a fool by the salesperson. They should do anything in their power to get the money even extra money as compensation if possible. I don't know much about laws for tours and entertainment section in IPC but if he doesn't get the money he should do a police report or take appropriate action through the legal way. Social media will also help/support him in expediting the procedure. I am saying that he shouldn't have agreed with the guy in lying in the first place and research first on club mahindra rules and regulations before investing. All that sugar talk from the guy was a disappointment to the customer. Customer is entitled to be aware and be firm to their decision on what to get despite any salesperson tell them otherwise this applies to anything at anyplace. It's their money!! It's upto customer to decide where to spend/invest their money whether it's 1₹ or a 1 billion ₹s. And make sure its worth their satisfaction. Since the person in video is not, he should be refunded without any hassle. Poor guy. He has my sympathy. 😑😐😑😣

All these guys are Shree 420. File a FIR immediately. File a complaint with SEBI. They are all a set of fraud. This is from the famous MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA Group. Go to the Consumer Forum. These guys are shameless.

I get calls from such club Mahindra look alike starting with, "we are giving you free 3 nights holiday stay and free dinner " I go there listen to them for like 15 30 mins. Say no, have good dinner in 3 star hotel and come back.

This customer doesn't seem to be angry. I have handled customers who started calling names from the start of the call. Fully agreed with customer, money must be refunded. Also aware of these tactics of sales officers, who in order to meet targets, make fool of people by telling lies , being myself heading sales teams & getting such complaints often. By end of the day, customer should be compensated.

I feel bad for Ankita. She has nothing to do with Mahindra and its schemes. "App logo ko iss chiz ki training di jati hai" Yes you're right sir. Even I have worked a sales and telecaller job, and you're 100% correct. We are trained that way. I know you're angry, and frustrated at that telecaller, but she/he has nothing much to do in this regard. If there was any power in her/his hand to issue a refund, any telecaller would've already done it. Trust me, i have worked as a telecaller and we too hate talking to customers, just the way you guys hate talking to us when we are clocking on the job.

Pehle toh ₹120000 kisi ko de do, Fir unki pasand ki jagah pe majbori mein ghumne jao, Fir har holiday pe jaatey huye apne aap ko bewakoof banda Maan kar munh latka kar jao... Kya faida? Apme.paise apne paas rakho, Jaha jana hai chale jao jaise jana hai waise jao... Na kich kich na kichar kichar... But i am shocked why Mr. Anand Mahindra is not doing anything in this CLUB MAHINDRA FRAUD going on since years...he is so active on social media but he cant see how many people have been defrauded ny CLUB MAHINDRA 😢

It's probably not mentioned anywhere. The local sales guy fooled this person and now he is regretting it and asking for a refund. He even lied on the verification call for that sales guy and put himself in a soup.

Club Mahindra k membership ko aapko jankaari lekar aur samjhdaari se use karna hai. Aap achche se research karo to luxury stay k lie bahut hi badhia hai Club Mahindra. Maine last year Lia tha aur pura achche se ye sab issues ka research Kia tha uske Baad lia. Main less than 1 year me 5 resorts me stay Kia aur planning se Kia to minimum nights utilisation aur confirmed booking v Mili. Just aware raho aur smart raho else aise hi apne time aur paisa dono fasa loge 😂😂

One line me bolun to ye sab argument has no meaning. Paisa is jeb se us jeb me chala gaya to aisa hi hota hai. Ye business hai charity nahi. Shadi hone se pehle thok bajao phir hone k baad do teen raat bitane k baad cancel karne nikloge to aasan hai kya ? Local language me halwa hai kya ??😀😌 Isse accha hai CRM ladki jo acchi se pesh aayi despite provocation usse hi solution mangoge to kuch de degi. Mahindra chota shop nahi hai jisse lad kar jeet jao.Ungli atak gayi hai to compromise karke nikalo. 😂❤️
