​@@nishamadhulika: Madam, I finally tried this recipe today. Actually never having made regular samosas before, I should also have checked out those videos as well for tips on making the samosa structure, because my first few almost became momos 😂 I had reduced the recipe by 1/3rd, and so some of my proportions of the dough were slightly off. I also used milk+oil-wash instead of the suggested cream wash. The samosas turned out very interesting -- the outer covering was very flaky and nicely brown, but not very crispy-- perhaps I need to stick to the proportions of the dough in the recipe and play with the oven temperature (the filling had also become too dry). All in all, a pretty nice snack. I will certainly try this again and try to perfect this. Thanks very much again for this recipe, and I hope you have more such baked versions of traditional fried dishes.
