Fun fact : I’m actually distantly related to the late great Taylor Hawkins! My dad also lived with him when he (my dad ) was stationed at 29 palms in the Marines. Taylor was in 11th grade at the time. My dad said he’d sleep or go to beach all day during the day and drum practice all night

I'm an occasional fan of Foo Fighters, but this song always moves something in me. I had the opportunity to see them in Mexico a couple of weeks before Taylor left. Something broke in me that day, it moved me too much.

This was actually a really creative vocal interpretation of this song and I kind of like it. It's hard to emulate or sound as brutal as Grohl, but this was a totally different approach that also works and is interesting in its own right.

What I found interesting is because in the album version the intro is done with two drums and you did the same thing with just one drum, I thought it was brilliant, it plays great, congratulations

I gotra be honest here Kristina. I haven't watched your videos for 6-8 months for no specific reason. But this video really got me. You've become significantly better since last video I saw you playing. Improved a lot. You play more relaxed, with better groove and feeling and yet put in that amount of energy. Really good.
