I guess if it's all about person or client then yea it's inviting.. I do that. I struggle with curiosity, my life experience past decade has been mind own business ask ZERO questions. That's ingrained in me. I'm going to start practicing on my coworkers I've been there lil over 1yr so I think its appropriate lol
