He was unreal. If you told someone unfamiliar with the game that the supposed ‘best player in the world’ (Luka) was on the court, they’d have automatically assumed it was Porzingis. I’m a Mavs fan too, we simply had no answer for him.

I am happy for Porzingis. I remember he was playing with Luka in Dallas and He did not play too well there. It seemed like his confidence level was pretty low at the time. I hope Boston wins all the way!

It's because boston involves him a lot more in plays. He is moving a lot, picking and rolling or popping, running off ball screens, etc. In dallas, he would just stand around waiting for a catch and shoot opportunity. That is wasting like 75% of the unicorn's skills

I felt the Celtics could not win the series without KP. It's ironic because Mav's owner Mark Cuban dumped Porzingas for nothing in a trade to the Wizards. Coming back to haunt them just like Cuban letting Brunson walk for nothing was silly stupid. 😉 Cuban is the main reason Dirk only won a single title ... he also let Steve Nash walk away for nothing to the Suns because he didn't want to match their offer.

I love how everyone seemingly forgot that Celtics have an actual squad of good players, like literally their entire starting 5 are HOF calibre players and Mavs have Luka and Kyrie with some decent pieces around them. Celtics are a much deeper squad.
