I did not even think about how weird the common Latvian expression "with meat" sounds when directly translated. Damn, I can't stop smiling about it... "With Meat, lol" We usually use it in ice-hockey to describe getting a goal that are not pretty but earned by fighting physically in front of the net with rebounds, deflections etc. To "get the puck into the net with meat" is sometimes understood exactly like that - doing whatever it takes and putting your body on the line and if the puck takes a few teeth, fingers or other parts with it on it's way to the net - so be it. As long as it goes in.

Because in Latvian it would translate to "iet gaļā" , which in English would mean "go in meat". It means playing aggressively without hesitation. Translation got lost , but still funny 😄
