I have seen Forrest gump and it's my all time favourite movie and i absolutely loved LSC trailer and always knew its only Aamir who could pull this masterpiece so well and yes this 2:45 says that Loud and clear, the same vibe, the same feeling , Aamir's presence giving Goosebumps exactly like Tom Hanks presence ... Aamir is also looking very similar to Tom Hanks ... THe very problem is Aamir acting at least as far as trailer goes... His acting isnt anything new that we havnt already seen before. A Major part of FOrrest Gump success is owing to Tom Hanks performance that was unlike anything he had done or audiences hav seen before in any film which brings in certain novelty factor. If that translates well in our culture and history, that's interesting. A remake has to be improved and different. So, it's a good remake.
