so it seems like kristin hired people to run her business and is just complaining about things not getting done.. a true boss is there doing everything, wearing all hats, knows how to do EVERY aspect of the business, so in the event that someone does not do their job, they know how to fix it. complaining about people not doing their jobs and how crazy it is that they are letting the ball drop, is not what a boss does. they are always there. they are always involved especially at the beginning until the business runs like a well oiled machine.. this girl..

@@MsNeonlily but a true boss would also anticipate problems BEFORE they arise, by putting reporting systems in place so that problems are flagged as soon as they become an issue. Kristin's new to this, so she hasn't yet created her "well-oiled machine". It's clear that her whole system needs an overhaul, and she should't just be delegating everything to others without checking up on their work.
