@@Rachelxxc hey! its helped a bit! im working through it with my therapist focusing on childhood trauma & a car accident its somewhat helpful certain exercises can help with reprocessing events/situations so if there are situations linking to your anxiety/self hatred it can help with reprocessing otherwise id highly recommend CBT or something like compassion based therapy! if you have any other questions i can answer :)
