At first I thought maybe a nose job but I compared current pictures with old pictures and it seems to me the only difference is she has lip filler in her top lip and it has changed her smile so much that she no longer looks like herself.

Kristen Wiig is in one of my favorite movie scenes of all time, too, but with Bill Hader. It's from Skeleton Twins (a very underrated movie, in my opinion). Milo (Hader) is trying to cheer up Maggie (Wiig) and breaks into a lip sync of "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship. It's a beautiful, funny, lovely scene. I sometimes just search it on Google/KZbin to cheer myself up! 😊

How she ever held it together with Cecily Strong as former porn stars just baffled me. It was so absurd and so funny, that I couldn't not laugh the entire time. She was so successfully vacant and dingy, it was like she wasn't there. And the voice Cecily Strong chose for her character is my adult neice's voice. It is nasal and grating. I cracked up every time my neice said anything after I saw the porn stars sketches. They're my favorite Kristen things.
