Adding Coors-lite to the pancake mix actually is pretty delicious! The pancake still tastes normal just a little sweeter, I would say, but the coors makes the pancake way more fluffy. My boyfriends uncle makes pancakes with coors when we all go camping and at first I didn't know what to think, but by far they are the best pancakes I've ever tasted!
