So if you grab like a cheese grater and a bar of Irish spring soap. After you grate that bar of soap put that in windowsills, you can put it out outside around your deck or other exterior living area, and it helps with spiders, flies, everything!!! So maybe the combination of this and soap would work really well for everything!!! Love your channel!!!💗💗💗

That water jug is a actually even a better idea than you know. Most tap water is chlorinated and house plants don’t appreciate chlorine, so I fill gallon containers to sit for a day to dechlorinate before I water my plants. This will be a much prettier way to achieve that end. Thank you♥️

I have a deck off my condo. I have a beautiful outdoor area with a long couch for napping. However, I usually can only go out early spring or late fall. We have mosquitoes here in Kentucky that makes it nearly impossible to sit outside. I’d love the repellent you show. If it works like it says, that would extend my time spent on the deck!

Very little is truly new. 😹. Over 60 years ago my grandmother had mesh covers that she would place over plates of food. They were different colors and had little plastic ladybugs and butterflies on them. They didn’t attach to the tray or plate, but they worked. I like the looks of the ones from IKEA much better.

These are all fantastic ideas! Love all the serving ideas and mosquito repellent device! However, my favorites are the LP tank cover and furniture with covers! I love the style and covers of the furniture! That’s exactly what I need for my screen porch, and dirt, dew and carrying them in and out daily are the reasons I haven’t purchased this type of furniture for out there. Thank you! I have been thinking about getting a Thermacell. But I wasn’t sure if they would work. I need it for the evenings when I take my dogs out in the yard. I get eaten alive. We live in the country with bugs galore. I have never seen some of the bugs until we moved to Georgia. The mosquitoes are terrible around 7:00 pm. I won’t let the dogs stay out long. I don’t want to get bit. I could put one of those on the porch, by me and it would be great. I’ll even let my husband use it. I don’t have a nice backyard like you. We have gravel and dirt. We can’t get grass to grow in our yard. And as hot as it’s been this year we’re in the house a lot. My dogs don’t understand they can’t take the heat either. I feel like a herder trying to get them back in the house. I love the trays with the nets. They look nice. I don’t ever go in my backyard to eat. But I could use it in the house to keep the dogs away.

I really like the tray with the mesh cover that folds to the side. You can get little insect covers anywhere but when they are in use you have to pick it up and set it to the side to access the food. Having the IKEA tray that you have means that you can access the food with one hand and still hold your plate without any inconvenience. 👍

For the dip bowl with ice. Put water in the glass section, set the metal bowl into it. Make sure the water only comes to at least an inch below the top. Weigh down the metal container and freeze the whole thing. The ice will form perfectly around the dip bowl. No more jiggling on top of ice cubes. For the drinks container - say you intend to serve iced tea. Find a bowl slightly smaller than the opening to the top. Fill with iced tea and freeze. When ready to serve fill the container with tea save for enough room to drop in the iced tea "ice cube". The tea will stay cold for hours but not be watered down as the ice melts. Obviously this can apply to other drinks such as lemonade etc.
