Haha, yeah, I didn't notice them at first, but then I saw that the rock was covered with birds (probably Dunlins), and I thought that with those waves they surely had to be washed off at some point. I had to wait for quite a while, but eventually there was a wave just big enough. Although small they are though little birds that breeds in the arctic, so they were probably not fazed by it.

Northern latitudes does have some similar features, and parts of Alaska are about the same latitude as around here, so I can see why this place remind you of Alaska. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Haha, I think I already regret not letting that clip run longer, because there were maybe ten seconds of footage prior where you could see a big and looming wave approaching in the background. The stove is a Bushcraft Essentials LF Titanium. Made in Germany, and yes, the folding mechanism is both practical and well made. As long as it folds I'm happy, as you pointed out in your video! Thank you! 😊🙏🏻
