Kristin Chenoweth opens up about her experience with Harvey Weinstein when she met him about a role at his hotel while she was in You’re Good Man, Charlie Brown. She confirmed that he answered the door in a robe, but she ended up asking him for two hugs, a coke from the mini bar and thanking him.

Yes, definitely. It’s not like someone of his fame and wealth couldn’t have had multiple girlfriends but people like him are obviously attracted to scaring and forcing someone into situations they don’t want to be in

People always surprise me. I used to think this lady had less than 2 brain cells, but it turns out I was dead wrong. She's smart, quite articulate and knows exactly what she's doing 😁 I really like her after seeing this. Also, I need to stop judging people so negatively, it's not good for my soul.

Like Kristin, I did something similar to this Guy I knew who was recently married and expecting his first child. I knew he was calling to see if he could rekindle our previous relationship before he was gonna became a parent. Because I knew why he was calling, I diffused the situation because I was so happy and excited to hear that he was married and expecting his new child. I praised and compliment his wife (which I meant because she was a self-made millionaire) and wished him a blessing regarding his new child. Needless to say, he has never called back since.

Harvey Weinstein wanted to edit studio ghibli,s movie 'Princess Mononoke' to market it in the US. But he requested through Mr. Steve Alpert, Director of the Overseas Business Department of Studio Ghibli, that the running time of the 135-minute film be shortened to 90 minutes. The demand seems to have been a threat, "If you don't let him cut this fucking movie, I'll never let you work in this fucking industry again! Do you understand!? Never again!!" So Studio Ghibli sent a katana sword to his office with 'NO CUTS' written on it. The film was later released uncut in the US. When asked about it after, Hayao Miyazaki smiled and said 'I defeated him'

I think Weinstein had a thing for young women who were a bit “demure”, while Kristin is just a rainbow or sparkles, and I think (not to humanize him) he felt a sense of “oh, she’s too nice, she’s like a little puppy, I cannot go through with this one”.
