They didn’t dry down, they were like a regular gloss. They wiped off easily when I used a tissue but it stayed on nicely when I didn’t touch it. About 3 hours before I removed it

I haven’t tried that lipstick but just looked it up & they look similar! 710 looks a little more orange to me though where honey waffles pulls a tiny bit more beige!
