Hi Kristine! I commented on another video that I was trying the oval one next. Just finished and it came out great. Used skeins of left overs...all different colors. It's cool. I made an accidental modification. In last row of crochet/picot stitches I placed a single crochet on either end of 5dc and 3dc. Makes more of a Taj Mahal shaped dome/shell. Thank you for this . I have been looking for a placemat pattern and this is wonderful. I do have a question. Could you tell me how many chain 3 spaces there should be at the end of round 10? I ask because I keep coming up with 2 extra chain 3 spaces at the end of round 11. Thank you for your help.
