Let me say that seniors can be very lonely. Even if they had large families, many children, now adults, you are basically rendered irrelevant. But these prayers and the supreme comfort of our Lord, keeps us sane and strong. I realize it’s the Circle of Life and my mom endured the same sorrow and her mom. I am a senior, I am not lonely because I have found that I'm good company to myself, that being said even I would not want to live a life without a connection to other people. I have seen and been around people that have no one. In the V.A. hospital, so many soldiers commit suicide because they are lonely and death is more appealing than sitting all alone waiting to die. So let us join an organization that visits the person separated from the outside world.
