I'm a truck driver too. It sucks trying to be creative with lunches. I don't like eating out everyday. It gets old especially if its gas stations. Most around my region aren't serving healthy choices. Not everyone who drives wants to eat greasy or sugary foods. I wish more gas stations in northern MN would offer healthier selections. I'm talking way up there in the boonies. Not places like St Cloud, MN. Everytime I say NORTHERN, that's the place people think. We don't have nice trucking gas stations like Kwik Trip up here. We need one like that. Thank you for sharing your lunch ideas!

10:05 I think companies have been intentionally giving us an odd number of meat lately. I bought some chicken breast and it only had 7. I also bought wings and it had 15 instead of 16. I think it’s shrink flation

We love the Mexican style rice a roni.. it's seriously the best, I think we eat it atleast once a week. It even tastes better the next day. The hubby & I actually ate some for our lunches at work today as leftovers.

Im am so going to try those chicken samosas, i have made samosas before, but that flavor profile looks like something my husband would love! I make my chicken and tuna salad almost exactly like you did, except instead of the full amount of mayo , I add sour cream, and a little shredded cheese, always add cheese , yummy! my good lunchbox got partially messed up in a crash so i have been using my carhartt one. it's too small for my food because i am an absolute hog. it is a sturdy lunchbox though so i would still recommend it.
