This might sound stupid for some people, but I suffer from anxiety disorder and panic attacks, and recently found this videos and they help me a lot. Every time I feel like having an attack or something, I drink tea and watch this for several minutes until everything is ok again. Thank you for sharing. I don't really know what's the purpose of the video, but for me is therapy in some way.

I suffered from the Same shit for about 2 years i guess, what kinda helped was if i started getting nervous and was about to panic i lowkey played with a Ball like With a small one i threw it in the Air and tried to catch it and shit it might sound dumb but it helped me alot

Wow. If you put reverse, the instrument and driver pannel backlight is dimmed. How amazing! It really helps when dark outside. Scania is good manufacturer.

Du blanc, de partout, rien que du blanc. Le pays a sorti son manteau d'hiver. Quel joli effet sur les montagnes et les toits des villes traversées. Les magasins de la neige ont ouvert leurs portes en grand. On dirait que les montagnes ont glissées dans le lac. C'est un réel plaisir que cette route qui serpente autour de ces parois rocheuses. Et cette eau frissonnante qui brille comme un sou neuf. Même le ronronnement du moteur est agréable à écouter. Les tunnels sont de plus en plus longs, mais les sorties offrent un spectacle grandiose. C'est impressionnant de beauté. Beau et paisible est ce paysage d'hiver. Une sympathique traversée. Merci d'avoir bien voulu partager avec nous. A un autre jour.

Hard life there for farmers and others in the past. In more modern days the main business in this area is a couple of factories that smelt metals and ship worldwide. There are large hydro eletric power plants in the region giving relatively cheap power for the factories. The region is also know for good conditions for growing fruits, like apples, cherries.
