Hi po! Kaya po ba ung 5M x 9M for a two-storey house na may 4 blocks na tambak for a bungalow house na may porch na locked bago pumasok sa balcony, may balcony sa ground and 2nd floor, carpark, 1 bedroom sa ground, and 3 bedrooms sa 2nd floor. Dirty kitchen and laundry ay nasa labas ng measurement pero covered like this video ang roof and gilid nya pag tag init at tag ulan. One cr with bath per floor. Pwede po parequest ng plan? Thank you. Hindi na po pala included ung setback nito kaso ung measurement na nito ay mula sa bakod. May setback na from the street hanggang sa bakod na.

It would be nice to have the measurements on the floor plan, it looks big in the presentation however, it might be cramped on a physical design, reason I said that its because it does not have the measurements. For a 158 sqm this design would be a lot to ask. Just saying...other than that i like the design...measurements please!!!

How long does this take for you to animate in Lumion? Is this 60FPS or 200FPS? My laptop can render 3seconds animation in about 1hr. 😅 16gb Ram i7 and 4gb graphic card. Nice design by the way. I’m also an architect and I know the struggles of doing animations using Lumion and I want to know how long this whole animation took to render.
