Bhai sai batau..aapke videos are amazing..but Gurgaon me itani problems hai..itani problems hai..waterlogging, sanitation, zero sewerage and drainage, garbage and debris, lack of greenery, dust all around, crime, jaanta nai mai kaun hun syndrome...pata nai log kaise abhi bhi Gurgaon ya Expressway me real estate me laga rahe hai paisa wo bhi aasman chooti rates pe...kya dekh kar. Mark may words agle 5 saalo me max corporates apna hub Noida ya Greater Noida ke around shift karenge. Gurgaon traffic is pathetic..logo ko dikh na raha hai kya ye sab?

Isse kahin zyada problems Delhi mein hai be it Traffic water logging pollution encroachment High density No greenery No amenities for young people but still Delhi ke property rates kum nahi ho rahe aur gurgaon se zyada hi hai. Even people living in posh areas of Delhi wants to shift in ultra luxury societies of Gurgaon. And major chunk of investment in gurgaon is coming from them only and from NRI's.

Japanese company putted their concept of 2DK, 2LDK, 3LDK 😅 but the Japanese floor plans are not good enough in compare to Indian floor plans already popular in even non luxury projects. This is a known fact.
