This shows her observation power is good, she's practicing it from long time, that's why her personality, communication, knowledge & decision making ability is good. These all are achieved by good observation only. She has done homework in teaching field as well, that's why her presentation skill is good, she's not nervous in interview...

2:05 Lakhimpur khiri. She knew panel will ask for it, She rote learn every aspect, Who remembers exact km to the place they never been to, Rainfall in cm. She knew Lakhimpur will be asked, But when she mentioned km and cm, panel knew she rote it, That's why they asked about North Delhi , which she didn't prepare about, she couldn't make sentence properly. Tip : Never mention exact units in interview. It could go wrong as well.
