Sometimes the mom cat has a hormonal imbalance which makes them stressed and more likely to attack or eat their young. I have literally seen mom cats abandon their kittens and have had friends come home to find their cat gave birth but no kittens to be found. Also the duck thing happens to any duckling that gets touched by humans so please whatever you do DO NOT TOUCH DUCKLINGS. Mama and papa ducks will think the duckling is sick and will snap its neck to keep the others healthy.

The mom and kits are usually split up after. The mom doesn’t mind after a few weeks of being apart. The kits will usually be put up for adoption or something so they will have a good life

I work with a animal rescue and sadly I see lots of bad things some night after a rescue I go home and just cry but the best feeling is helping these poor animals begin a journey to find the for ever home and love they truly need last year alone I helped and fostered 30 plus dogs , I specialize in working with the cases that nobody else can handle from wild dogs ( never been around humans found wild in the forest) to aggressive and severely abused dogs and I change them from a broken scared dog to a proud ,happy loving dog that will trust humans again and find their for ever home , so if you can open your home to foster , or donate even a dollar to a reputable rescue it will help or just your time to help walk a dog or clean pans so cats have a clean litter box or just sit down and talk to them that all I ask . And please Adopt do not shop

Thank you for doing something at your level. Everyday I cry when I see starving strays in streets, injured scared with no shelters, people abusing poisoning them. Unfortunately I'm struggling with a terrible job and not in a good situation. I can't help them it's so frustrating. Vets where I live don't care about the animals they always ask who's gonna pay the bills.

Ever wonder why there's so many homeless cats / dogs? bad owners shitty houses and other things, which means they clog up and overpopulate the streets where they do more annoyance than good... Call animal control and get em in a shelter or a place that puts em down. No domesticated animal should be left out to become feral, or learn to be feral again. Simple as that.

Robert Delpin I don’t think humans have any value in nature. We aren’t capable of living side to side to other creatures. We think we own this place, but I’m sure one day nature will show us where we really belong. We are more than every other species on the planet aside from bacteria, that’s why we feel powerful and more important than other species, but we aren’t. Building stuff with concrete and polluting a huge planet like earth doesn’t give human a great value. Maybe intrinsically as you said, but not in the reality of facts.
