there are homeless abandoned cats freezing in NY as well, I saw one saved whose front legs were so scratched up and scarred bc it's back legs were crippled, another so starved that he weighed four pounds and unable to lift his own head, heartbreaking what these defenseless DOMESTICATED, dependent animals suffer bc of irresponsible neglectful humans :'(

I cry when I saw this cute baby running with his wheelchair so fast!😹 I’m so glad that he found such a good home and I’m sure that with the great help of his new mum he will walk again one day!😻 Animals , especially young ones have often amazing and miracles like healings!!🙀😸 Only sad for his catmummy- she never see her child again and must be in big worried about him- sad!😿

I think the reason why he moved so fast was because the muscles in his front shoulders had become stronger which allowed him to move quicker, and also when somebody is afraid of something, Adrenaline kicks in which makes them do unpredictable things and might make the victim of the adrenaline, move faster or become stronger in that short time frame. Anyways, it was truly a heartbreaking clip. And I cried also,

My heart shredded after about one minute. I broke down completely. You just want so much to reach out to comfort and make everything all right. I begin thinking about all the cruelty, neglect, starvation and suffering these innocent little sparks of life endure. I just came to the site to search for something and got sidetracked. I knew better than to watch but watched anyway. I hate it when that happens. I felt such gratitude to see the poor little baby get plenty of love, care, and medical treatment. Cuz I was crying too hard but I ended up watching it till the end and all I'm so glad I did oh, I didn't think it was going to be a happy ending! Unfortunately the kitten will have a different type of scent now (they pick up new scents within their different environments), so if they did reunite the kitten with the mother, it would not recognise the kitten as her baby and would most likely attack it.

@@ashleythomson9081 It happens at any age, someone I used to know had two cats (a mother and daughter) but she had to give up one of them away for a while because her ex kept trying to take this cat away from her (hadn't been spayed, he wanted it to breed it to make money) anyway it was like six months that the cat was living away from her because she had trouble getting it back off the person and its only when the friend of hers had a baby that was allergic to cats that she gave the cat back. the mother attacked the cat, despite it being almost three years old because it didn't recognise the scent

After human makes contact with kitten, mother cat won't recognize her child. So the mom normally kill the kitten if that is the case. Unfortunately, this is the reason why no kittens are sent back to mom after being cared by human.

Judging by the animation, I was lead to believe that the cat witnessed the kitten being beaten and she stood in as a protector for the kitten. Otherwise you'd think they wouldn't seperate them so easily that early on.

Poor kitten. This brought me to tears and ripped my heart out. Poor mama wonders what happened to her kitten. I want them to be together. Thank you for rescuing the kitty, getting her good vet care, and your patience with all of your therapy. If she cannot ever walk, at least she has the wheel cart. Hope she and the mom get a good home. Very touching. Thank you for caring enough to help her so much. My heart goes out to you people. Thanks, again!!!
