he has written many books. visit their website. kriya yoga taught by paramahansa harihanandha lineage is more tense as it's not edited or simplified.

You do not have iota of knowledge, we cannot help if some one misinterpret it. same might happen with gita. do you know what they do in namaz? They are charging cerebellum spinal fluid bending back and forth. They put mat under so that energy does not flow to ground . If some one misuse gita to kill ones own without understanding what can god do. Because of saints like gurudev and Babaji Maharaj we can proudly say we are sanatani.
