Because of this song specifically I was able to finally even find the words to describe my.mind and wow...i showed my dr this song and she said it was good i found something i can connect to and feel. So thank you. Truly thank you...whwn I would get suicidal I would put this on amd cry. It helped me to break down and just deal with this torment.

God this is such good shit. This is what it means to be a real artist. You don't necessarily need to stick to one thing. He's not even rapping in this even though he's a very capable lyricist, and it's because he doesn't need to - not for what he's doing with this song. This is the kinda song that lets me know I've picked some good shit to listen to with Krizz and honestly all of these people on strange.

CJ alicéa what makes an artist corny? Not rapping about dumb shit all the time? If we are being honest even though tupac was one of the best he was also one of the corniest. He rapped about shooting and killing people even though he didn't really do those things. i think that's a whole lot more corny than rapping about things you have lived.

This song resonates to my son’s situation. He’s 6, only has me and his sister/my daughter living in our home, and may have bipolar disorder. His father had his own demons and took himself off the earth. My son has depressive episodes and then has hyper episodes. He wants to listen when he’s told to do something, he doesn’t want to be energetic all of the time, he wants to be nice, but he says there is something in his brain telling him to not be those things. And it seems more and more I listen to this song (without my kids around) it gets more personal. I want to help my son so he doesn’t have to deal with his demons the same way his father did. 🥺
