I think you mixed up what the 3 modes do. From the KRK site: "Mix Mode, with flat frequency and phase response, is best for mixing, mastering, and critical listening. Create Mode is a more inspirational voicing best used for writing, producing, and casual listening. Focus Mode is a mid-focused voicing for critical analysis of the midrange band where vocals and most instruments have the most energy."

Hey, do you know when the G5 was released, because i cannot get the RP5 G4 in a German Shop, they are not available. But the New G5 are Available. And is it worth to buy the New one instead of the G4

They’re available now in the United States - not sure about Europe

Curious if any DJs have compared the KRKs v the Yamaha HS series? I'm DJing as a hobby so no need for super hi end, powerful speakers...just good quality and value in a small footprint.

HS is a bit flatter in our experience but also very solid and a great option for a bit more

@@michagorecki8893 most of the time when it comes to ABS boxes like this, you’re going to get hissing at louder volumes because air is escaping the mold

I haven't seen the 10-3 come out yet. But the previous generations ( I listened to 3rd gen) surprisingly had very bad bass response for their size and a very noticeable hiss or as you said humming. But at that price point I guess its bearable. For a 10 inch heavy beast like this you shouldn't need a sub but unfortunately bass was mediocre and the hiss was driving me nuts at low volumes. If the gen5 is better I might get them idk we shall see
