I have a question,i want to buy some STEAKS.so how do you know you are going to get a nice steak? You know FRESH.NOT A LOT OF FAT AND NOT OUTDATED??? Also i read somewhere you can use ebt cards if you have it.THANKS for any reply.

When you add the item to your cart, it has a little box called "special instructions". Then, you can put in that little box whatever you want them to do, so describe what kind of cut of meat you want. Hopefully that helps!

Thank you for doing this video. Ok so I still not clear about when you have paper coupons. So in the ordering process they charge your card, and at that time any digital coupons will apply and when you arrive to pick up order you hand them your paper coupons. Are they refunding you’re card for coupons or rerunning your purchase?

They aren't actually charging the card until after the purchase is made. They are just putting a hold on your card with the estimated total before pickup. When you actually checkout, the total on your card will change to the actual amount of the transaction (after sales and coupons). Hopefully this helps!

When you go to the pickup location and park they will ask you if you have any paper coupons. I work at a Kroger and I work in Kroger pick up and I always ask my customers if they have any paper Coupons

You can modify the order up until midnight on the day of. For instance, if your order is Friday, you have until Thursday at 11:59 PM to modify.

My question is...How do you reserve your next pick up without having to order a full weeks of groceries? I just bought groceries yesterday, but in order for me to do a pick up, I have to reserve about 5 days in advance. But I cant afford to pay for next weeks groceries until next week.

Unfortunately you can't :( This is one of the problems they need to fix. Here is what I would do: -literally just add (1) item to the order, something cheap, just to get the pickup scheduled. Then, once you have the funds, go and add the rest of the items.

@@ohiovalleycouponer that's what I did! I did a very small order, reserved my time for next Saturday at 9am (to ensure most of my order will be in stock🤞,) and I will modify my pick up friday!

So the skintimate/edge is showing at kroger? Mine and others in my family is just showing walmart/target? I know that ibotta can vary Just wondering if others also don't have it at kroger.

@@ohiovalleycouponer ooohhh i just got it. My kroger affiliate is Bakers and my ibotta redeems thru bakers. It is almost 100% the same but every now and then kroger will have something on ibotta bakers doesn't. Maybe when i break out of quarantine it'll still be on walmart ;) thanks!

A lot of the items it will say but for others it doesn't. That is when you really have to depend on my video showing the items. I hope they improve this in the future

All orders should honor a sale price. It on the receipt when was it ordered and paid.

I used the pickup service for the first time on March 2nd. It was a massive fail all the way around. First off the website is a complete disaster. They aren't organized to keep up with the totals on the 5 for 5, you have to keep your own tallies & like you said If you have a substitution on one of the 5 for 5's & the e-coupon you will be cut out of the entire deal. I also had products that were on my total but did not receive. Calling customer service is another screw up on it's own. I'm used to the Walmart pickup never had an issue with even during this virus situation, so for now I'll stick with them. I don't see Kroger ever being able to work out all the bugs they have.

Sorry you had a negative experience. I’ve done it multiple times and had great experiences each time. Walmart pickup doesn’t work well if your trying to coupon 😭.
