Very true. When I first saw him over 10 years ago. I wasn't a fan. And then I would see random things that were either decent, or insanely funny. Then IMO, when he got cast on "The League" I think he really blossomed into his genius. And I didn't watch "The League" until the final season. I'm not big into watching sports and didn't realize they had so many great actors on there that I love, so I youtubed something along the lines of "funniest moments on "the league" and fell in love with the show and have watched all episodes probably 3 or 4 times each. Great show

Tim/Steve is Steve Dildarian, the writer and voice actor of Tim from said show haha, he's literally always listed as Steve/Tim in every Kroll Show episode he's in, it's fantastic.

From an Actor's standpoint, he conveyed his emotional memory really strongly when he was talking about his father. Even I can't help but almost tear up. It's Insane! How he also uses his tonality and phrasing is genius as well. Much Respect to Nick Kroll aka Bobby Bottleservice
