Josh Rudy i get what you’re saying. Broderick is an INSANE guitar player, no doubt! But the thing with him, he can shred like hell, and play any genre, any song, he’s got all the techniques. BUT. Everything just seems so «mechanical» if that makes sense? There is not very much soul and heart in his playing, compared to Friedman or Kiko for that matter.. a little bit out of context here, but hear me out. It seems like everything is running on autopilot, and there is little to none stage presence. At least thats my opinion.
