Do you use any silicon between joints or at the exposed edge in any areas that may have moisture exposure. I’m doin a kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and small children

Hi Condor Coaching. I put clear silicone under all skirts. I’ve been using waterproof scotia in front of baths and showers sat on clear silicone. You could pva all joints but I didn’t and have had no problems. Good luck with your project. Cheers, Dave

Do you have to have the trims? Can heavy beds be placed on it?

Yes we have all matching trims and a heavy bed is no problem for this flooring.
