As an aquarius i can agree with the higher self part. Not exaggerating, I do not look at the clock for the time anymore. I only look at it to get an answer for the thought i am having. 95% of the time i look at a clock. It is a synchronistic number. My thought patterns directly follow and move with exactly what is happening around me. I get messages from places I cannot understand. Yes, we are the trailblazers! Aquarius bring forth change where the rest of the signs are about the status quo. Yess, Aquarius does care, if your intuitive like me you can feel thier energy, yes thier moody hot and cold but that's only a phase or moment, Iam envoled with Aquarius and iam a pisces....I can feel his energy regardless how nonchalant he tries to act..iam surrounded by Aquarius, I do no thier very very sensitive and they remember everything you say to them, being COLD is defense mechanism to protect yourself from being hurt or APPEAR from being hurt, my son is Aquarius as well so i no them very very well....you can't let their distant and them being aloof fool you...they don't like to appear thirsty or a cling on so they don't like that coming from thier mate either...they will get bored with you really fast...they love thier freedom besides the distant keeps everything interesting

I'm an aquarius and I don't agree about being intuitive. I'm just very logical and superficial. I do not like to believe in things blindly. Even in astrology, I don't take anyone advice literally but I am able to be open minded and listen and gather information in which I use in my own research. I like astrology but still do not relate to it to a spiritual all knowing eye opening level. I know who I am and I don't need planets or a chart to show me, for me astrology is just a study and a curiosity I am so deep in simply because knowing there might be more to this hell of a life I'm living makes me a little more calmer. Maybe I'm just delusional like most people who practice astrology but at least I am calmer and more at ease. I love to research the original scriptures and trust more that then any guru or astrologer giving advice. Anyway this is my side of the aquarius and I think every aquarius is unique and for me I am cold and I am distant and I like it. I don't like people but because unfortunately I'm human I sometimes feel lonely. But it is what it is, it passes eventually.

I can explain the reason why we are so hard to understand. I'll tell you right now. We are a fixed sign right? So we are stubborn and it gets the best of us in MOST SITUATIONS. WE know the "norm" we know what we "need" to do but our mind tells us NO! Be stubborn don't give in. Another thing is we have a God complex problem. I am the best, I have the best ideas, I need to keep thinking of these ideas everyone thinks I'm brilliant and I am. Being an aquarius, we know how to do things and we do. Past part is we also convince others to be with us and you will see great changes. Always keep circle less and just have those who are quality oriented. We analyze everything quickly and sometimes we need space and time to think.. Sometimes we feel awkward and bored but as you said, spark works here. Aquarian people are like aliens, they are difficult people to deal with although I admire them. They do have their abnormal edge that offers a great deal to the world, but their out of context abilities are nerve wracking and annoying. 'They have a certain amount of superiority that may or not be ego based which would be normal, theirs is something else, beyond ego for what it takes to be superior than others. Seems like every simple "2+2=4" is taken in some very different way by an Aquarius. They'll use such a weird formula to achieve 4 that we'd be like "eww, what makes you even think that way?" This makes them societally non-acceptable. And that's how, I think, they may develop being "isolated". But even when they are isolated and in their own world, don't know how they manage to be observant. They're not unaware of people criticizing them, they know exactly what's going on, how many people think negative about them. They're the 'truth' lover. Every Aquarius are so unique.. and they even show off their uniqueness. They can't help being who they are, it's in their rigid part of nature that they don't go ahead and try to be socially acceptable as we all do. They are just who they are. I am a gemini sun pisces moon mom of 4 kids. My 3rd child is an Aquarius. He is the one I "get" the most. My oldest is a Virgo whom I worship for his tenacity, my only daughter is a Taurus and her day to day survival skills rock my world. My baby is a Pisces and he has the sweetest heart I've ever encountered! As a parent, a MOM, I struggle with guilt like no other because I have the easiest relationship with my aquarian child. Is this because we are both air signs or is this luck of the draw? I feel so guilty about this all of the time. I DO NOT love one more than the other, but my ease of relationship with this child is so different that I beat myself up constantly about this. Looking for advice from any parents who might have the same struggle as myself out there? I have a loving relationship with all of my kids but I feel so guilty on my own end that maybe I am being an unfair parent somehow?

The rest of the astrological natal chart is very important. I would suggest looking through it all and also the personal astrological energies with each (Synastry). I'm not a parent and this is coming really late but it does partly have to do with the fact that you're both air signs. I've noticed that most Geminis are drawn to Aquarius. Personally, I think Geminis are fascinated by the eccentricity and the "I don't care" personality of Aquarius. I also think your Pisces side makes it easier for you to relate to your Aquarius son as Pisces and Aquarius have a lot in common like he said in the video.
