Is it lower than 20 degree or 20 point something? In Libra, the Nakshatra and hence Nakshatra lord changes at 20 degrees. I love how you take a deep dive into all your topics; my Moon in the 8th house appreciates it. I have Sun in 7 Libra in the 1st house conjunct the ascendant, with Venus in Virgo in the 12th house. I did not meet my biological father until my teens; and since he himself was adopted, I don't know anything about his family. However, because my Sun is conjunct my 0 Libra ascendent, I' have always found myself in circumstances that forced me the be the leader and I have the urge to stand out in groups (Leo on the 11th house cusp). Also, my mother married a man when I was a child who was WONDERFUL to me and later adopted me; he continued to support me even well into adulthood until I found my footing. So, I guess since the Sun is exalted in the 1st house (like the 1st sign of Aries), some of the weak effects of the Sun being in its fall in Libra were mitigated. At leas that's how I interpret it.

I'm a Libra Sun in Western (which I connect to strongly). However I'm a Virgo Sun in the Vedic system? I have a conflict with this, as I connect FAR more to Libra SUN than Virgo SUN. Is there anyway this could be wrong? Or does the Western system have some validity in calculating these things? I have sun in Libra (Aquarius decan) and Moon in Leo, and mercury in Libra but Venus is Virgo...Also though, my SUN is in 9th house! I have Sun and Venus Conjunct at 15 degrees with Mercury after at about 22 degrees in Libra and in the 5th house too, with moon in 4 degree Aries. In Vedic. with My Gemini Rising at 25 degrees.
