Dont worry thats not the only thing that matters but other things comes i have saturn in debilitated house but, i have jupiter in favourable house and jupiter and mercury combined in my kundali. And too i have sun,mercury and jupiter in 7th house from ascendent... it means i make great fortune but saturn delays it for years.. if u do mrityunjaya japa and pray to lord hanuman then definately it gives lesser negetive effects according to veda

Only way to keep saturns effect less is to chant om namah shivaya everyday, doing shiv puja on a shiv lunga subdues it's effces, donating to needy, and wearing a blue Saffhire Or neelam stone relivee saturns effects instantly but it should not be worn without consulting with an astrologer

In my research I found that Jupiter and Mars are almost best friend but still very good friend to each other. If you have Saturn Mars and Jupiter together on one house Jupiter and Mars gets along so well but these two planets mats and jupiter together will dominate Saturn even though Saturn is the leader among Jupiter and Mars.

I have Jupiter conjunct Saturn in the 1st house (they are within half a degree of eachother and the ascendant), the effect is overwhelming at times. But, I could relate to what you you said about the effects of Jupiter in the lower degree. But I do want to point out that Saturn also makes you lazy and affects some of your efforts at times.

In my experience, its after almost 40 years of a lotto challenge, trial and error... LOL but yeah, I hear that. Although I feel I am in the more evolved, lighter side of this, I do not abuse. If anything I have abused myself, a lot. I am and have been probably more compassionate than I needed to be. That's healing. I have Jupiter conjunct Saturn in Aries, with Saturn holding lowest degree. Saturn is debilitated and overpowering Jupiter. You said this causes someone to be overly strict to the point of beating their children. Even though I have no children, I often speak up against child abuse and have even cut ties with my father and one of the reasons is because he used to beat my brother when he was a child and he's never apologised. It depends on the nakshatra of those planets. This is one of the basic levels. Nakshatra gives more depth. And in this level you can see the difference between people with this conjunction. And maybe the conjunction is not a close conjunction. My conjunction is within 1 degree and this conjunction has an amazing effect. Saturn is winning the war.
