Thank you for this. What would you say about the uniformity of the grind? I've read that some people recommend shaking the machine while it's running, to achieve a uniform particle size.

This is a excellent blade grinder. I appreciate the cleaning tips as this was very helpful. however I would never grind more then 5 seconds at a time as 20 seconds seems too much.
