Kryon give a series of four channels that are four messages from an angel. This channel will present the fourth message. When you are in front of the angelic presence of an angel there is no teaching there is simply a feeling. You don’t teach love, you feel it. The first angel had a message for you to cognize who you are - your divinity. The second angel had an unusual message about your inner child. The third angel had a message about how you might talk to the cells of your body. The fourth angel you might call the futurist angel and has a message for you to hear. You sit in a chair with intent. There is a ball of energetic information being thrown to you to catch. How long do you have on Earth? All of you will take your last breath one day. The fourth angel comes to you and tells you a truth. You are in control of how long you stay (live on Earth). There is no angel of death with a date. No one knows the date of your death as the Human Being is in full control of how long they will live. You have control of how long you are here. You are in control of all of it.

I lost control yesterday. After a season of having to be the better person ( actually a lifetime) The rage I felt yesterday , I wake this morning knowing it was necessary to maintain divinity. It wasn't pretty, it wasn't nice, but it was truthful rage. Much has been attempting to break it over the last year or so. I've been physically ill with a rile up of fibromyalgia that's been under control for over 20 years. With symptoms all at once rather than a few here and a few there. ( post covid infection, long haul COVID) I know nutrition has lacked as I was faced with many challenges I couldn't be still enough to prepare my own foods, and I was eating what was available and presented. But not good sound foods. Often I passed, and fasted instead of consuming poison, then realized I was losing too much weight. Going under BMI which now I feel terrible! I have fevers, chills, but blood work and urine not finding anything. So it's just the fibro having its way. But each symptom is the result of a breakdown in certain nutrients. That I usually get from a clean diet. And it has rained out most of the yearly crops in new England, so I've gotten almost no local produce that I normally live on all summer. I feel like winter D deficiency is not irraticated by spring bounty. I want to be here another 30 years, and was doing well with that till last year. I need to get it back. This is the darkness attempting to destabilize us from the One. I am back in Control TODAY. I spent last few months doing what everyone else is doing at this time, and now I know for sure my suggestions are spot on for the coming years. And no longer doubt the severity of how I feel so passionate about nutrition and ridding of the "great American diet" I had to let my self experience to health decline in order to be assured I'm am preaching the truth. A few months of food on the go, prepackaged, preservative poison laden, and restaurant foods are taking the ability to be in Control . And allowing another faction to control the masses. All who see this, please attempt to clean up your food. Do not purchase the poison laid out, if it won't sell, they have to change it to what will. Nutritious non GMO, non mRNA, no chem products to grow and raise. Animals that are allowed their own diets without the corn wheat and soy they wouldn't eat and do wouldn't cause bloating to the animals raising the carbon output. ( there's some videos of "popping cows" I suggest you look at. From eating a diet they are not created to consume) Eating organic nutrients dense foods, allows less consumption with more nutrition. So you won't be hungry. We are not created to consume these foods they modify. They cause you to be hungry constantly, and make you subscribe to 3 meals a day instead of grazing and hunt and gather type meals. That present a variety of foods daily instead of the same things b.l and dinner. Day in day out, limiting the body's access to well rounded consumption if vitamins and minerals, and you only NEED , BUT YOU DO NEED, MEATS. for omegas not found anywhere else. It can be as little as 2 ounces a day, beef, chicken, pork, fish. But it's only available via meat. Cooked to medium for beef, medium well for the rest. Not show leather, by then all nutrients are gone and burned away. Steam or roast vegetables to only aldente. Eat raw as much as possible. Fruits, nuts , those are your daily vitamin and minerals and you need only a tablespoon of nuts a day to replace many medications. With cinnamon, olive oil, vinegars, a tablespoon a day. I take walnuts and sliced almonds( raw, not roasted) , cover in oliive oil, with pure maple syrup, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar with the mother or a high grade balsamic. And set it in a jar I put on vanilla Greek yogurt with berries and granola I make. My BP meds are less than half, and thyroid also. Due to turns of events, since April, I've not been able to get the ingredients or not home to sustain my diet. And I FEEL IT. my BP is up, my thyroid is whack, ( dropped wright and became enraged mentally) I feel like I'm in flight or fight all the time for which they wanted to give me an anxiety medication which I refused. I know this morning , hook or crook, I got to get to the market and make this jar up.. get my berries, organic yogurt. And granola ingredients to make some more. I eate this daily with a soft boiled local egg. And it sustained me through ten thousand burning calories doing what I do. I'm 58 and until April, I've felt always younger, even with the fibro since , toddlerhood, always have had it. It's resurgence knocked me out a minute. But that was good to compare. And be able to continue to convert people away from the government pyramid scheme to kill everyone.

Dear Lee and Monika, which episode of Healing Wednesdays is this from? In 2015, I took a solo trip to Greece and kept fearing dying on that trip for two months prior and I nearly died TWICE during that month long trip and in practically the exact way I had feared. That trip was the most profound trip of my life but I didn’t realize until almost 5 years later, the depth of that experience- I was in charge of how long I wanted to be alive and from the knowledge I gained from that truly made me understand that their is nothing we cannot do. Source loves us so much or should I say, we are that Love that we can literally choose anything we want to experience.

It's so difficult when we lose a loved one isn't it? It's hard to understand why anyone would choose that. I agree. We cannot know for sure how this came about (on a Spiritual Level) for your Aunt, but perhaps we can imagine. Perhaps on the table there came a time when things weren't looking good, and she felt right about leaving at that point. I don't know, and really shouldn't guess.
