I don't really see any particular benefit in this item build. You would have probably done better with skaadi and other medusa standard build items. Enemies are not going to hang around medusa for too long, Since she can attack 5 targets at once and usually has a high dps. Nor she spends a long time around creeps. So i think having radiance on medusa is a total waste of money.
