What time of day is this? Everyone looks to be in such a big hurry! Perhaps they are late for work? Maybe they have arranged to meet friends? Maybe they are anxious to get home from work? Perhaps they want to catch last-minute bargains? Who knows!! But the time of day would be interesting to know. I am travelling to the Philippines in October.
