Hello Apu! 😊 As you have sensitive skin, it'd be better to start with an AHA, the percentage should be less than 10%. Then after a few months when your skin gets adapted, move onto BHA, the percentage should be lower than 2% 🙂

Great video! Can you explain more about over-exfoliation? I am a beginner with chemical exfoliating and I use COSRX AHA-BHA exfoliator, but it doesn't really help my whiteheads. So sometimes I use a physical exfoliator too, but sometimes my skin gets acne (it could also be because of the insane heat and humidity in Bangladesh right now). I'm a little confused about whether I over-exfoliate, or when to know that I am over-exfoliating. Thanks!

Will depend on the skin condition, type of acne or closed comedon Dear. Mostly should be started with lower concentrated AHA and then gradually increase the percentage. Thank you so much for your kind words Dear ❤️❤️❤️ You can Start with AHA BHA toner. Then after using this up, you can move onto BHA blackhead power liquid. Or you can start the BHA one by using it once a week. Then after 2 weeks or so gradually increasing it to twice a week. Finally after a few months thrice a week. This is just to avoid purging or any reaction/irritation as you're just starting out.
