To the every blind followers out here , the R3 didn't even use 6th gear . With perfect mods R3 can top 195 kmph and speedo 200-210 . GT can't top no matter what , it's just not designed for top . Torque high which provides it a beastly acceleration early on but weight is 200kg+ . While choosing performance we always look for power to weight ratio not just the power figures . People might say that Continental has more power than R3 it's true, but you have to consider the weights and body of both bikes too. Lesser commitment, lower confidence, lower laptimes. The essence a seasoned rider will be able to eek out a better lap time on a RC 390 than a R3 when both are stock

FMSCI results doesn't contribute to anything when you talk about a stock bike a competing bike is never stock and I'm aware of modified R3s.
