Issue is not 6th gear , apache has less power , if it had a 6th gear , gear ratio would be longer and pickup would have gone low, due to 5 gears power is spread throughout so it feels punch, well this race was lame, ns200 would have wone easily if guy would had shift 6th gear at proper time u can clearly see, he is backing up, r15 is a fast bike but not by this margin

I think RTR don't need a 6th gear.. Need 25hp then rtr should become in front of ns, or rs especially increase HP, and torque.. Still apache 20hp less power but the bike will easly croos 125+but then bike is slowly down.. I think it's bs6 engine fault .. But bs4,bs3 awesome performance in mid-range.. TVS will update the bike ..no one can beat rtr.. It's a thought in my mind 😉but why tvs not focus for a mid range perfomance to apache 200 ..it's a big fault.. But once a time increase the hp the bike will give less milleage ?how ever wait for a big change from @TVS for rtr 200..😌

cc doesn't matter any more now days 1.more redline upto 12.5k rpm compare to 9.5k rpm and 7.5 k rpm 2.limiter licks in 13k rpm compare to 10.5 k rpm 3.better aerodynamic fairing compare to bulky dragon fairing and nakeds 4.smaller sprocket setup and more taller gearing 5.help of the VVA is the real key of v3 to win any top end race with bigger bikes simply Yamaha optimized this 155cc engine with a perfect light weight and aerodynamic body to extract more juice from it instead to giving it short gearing and shitty limiter at 10.5 k rpm

Have to admit tvs did a great job initially. I didn't even though about that bike in that position initially. In town, this bike is better for fun ride. People run on highways need other bikes. I don't think even in highways they are gonna run this speed. May be 100-110. And have to admit r15 having such a great top end and giving us good mileage. Good bikes
