Jongkook didn't embarrassed actually but this song bring bad his bad memory at the past , because when he was in turbo in late 1990's , half of his company staff is a gangstar and he had got beat up so many time during promotion of the song because his friend jongnam said his paid is not enough although the company was promise to share 50/50 of the money , but the company spend a lot of money for gambling.. poor him..ㅠㅠ

From what I understand it's a pure sense of cuteness. Basically, a cute little child says they want to marry a family member out of pure, innocent ignorance. The uncle is like "wow this kid is dumb, no you can't marry me lol, but that's pretty cute." Like how a puppy is dumb but adorable for chasing its tail, the uncle finds the child cute for being dumb about chasing something impossible

Bela Torres yea ur right that’s probably what it’s about, i guess the way it’s translated makes it seem more creepy than it is. I know South Korean culture includes kids calling grown ups handsome and pretty a lot, which isn’t something my country does, so maybe it’s also just cultural differences that makes the lyrics sound a little weird to me.

Stuff like how he laughs at how ridiculous what she says is, and how he says the whole "you're my cute black cat" thing to get her to stop crying is what makes me understand: "ohhhh it's not an attraction but rather a fondness" like I mentioned with the puppy example

Again, south korea has a different way of using words from what ive seen, so translations can often come off a bit weird. But yeah the lyrics definitely sound way less creepy now haha thanks

its actually not creepy. You have to remember that in Korea calling someone cute/pretty/handsome is kinda just normal. This song (turbo ver) is actually talking about the childs uncle. In the lyrics it said "uncle a 4 y/o proposed to me." Its actually the kid who proposed to the uncle. And the uncle as saying no your too young, and he called her a cute little black cat, and his friend. Its a comfort kind of thing. He called her the black cat because, think about it like a dog chasing its tail. its cute right? its also impossible which makes the efforts cuter, thats why he called her a cute black cat. Its not actually a creepy song, but it just comes off that way because korea has different cultures, and they talk diffeerently, but this really is just a cute innocent song. Its not meant to be creepy. And actually in the original Italian childs song, the song is actually about how a little kid got a white cat instead of a black cat. The kid wanted a black cat but got a white one. Although the ATEEZ ver of this is creepy, but only because its the halloween ver lol.
