At least Xenia Zhiganshina should be a first soloist in Bolshoi theatre, because she is an excellent ballerina.

What's the point in dancing with tambourines if you're not going to bash them in time to the music?

Exactly

^ That can also throw off the musicians!! Dangerous!! Don't do that!!! Haha. I was playing in a production of Mozart's Don Giovanni and at the end of the opera when the ghost of the dead Commentadore pounds on Don Giovanni's door (as he's invited him for dinner) the guy singing the role of the Commentadore didn't knock in time with the music! It nearly caused a train wreck! Cause I could sense us all getting off and anxious. It was actually pretty funny but not funny at the same time! Here I don't notice anything really except this orchestra sounds AWESOME.

Ksenia Zhiganshina. She graduated from Vaganova Academy in 2014. I think she entered Vaganova to the 5th year, and danced in a private school before that.

Out of curiosity, what's the difference between Neapolitan and Italian?
@nompuehuenu7 ай бұрын
Neapolitan comes from Naples, a region in Southern Italy. If I recall correctly, this is inspired by the Tarantella, an Italian Southern dance. The South and the North are quite different!

Хореография неинтересна и заурядна. Очень жаль, что Григорович уничтожил в этой постановке ЛО все классические характерные танцы.
