So thankful you took us on a tour of this beautiful home. It's a lovely build. A little point of note is the background music. It was quite intense and didn't help set the mood. I believe the reason why some house tour shows/programs use relaxing music while showing homes is to make the homes feel even more inviting. It's something I'd positively ask you to consider for future videos. But thank you so much for taking us along 😊😊

The Development is on 40 acres and it's still under construction. For Nature the owners have already started planting trees by the end of the development the greenery will be there, the compound will have it's own Park. So about worth. It's worth it.

The house is nice, but all those stairs, who get it better be in shape, because I don't remember seeing an elevator, not to mention Nairobi gets cold, and trying to heat all that house is a problem, with those tall ceilings that can be ruff

Not really it's very worth it,,, people need to realize a house is not just land and a bunch of stones,, there's Soo much,,, plus,,, the developers need to make a profit,,, idk if you noticed,,, but the finishes are not what you'd go for,,, the fixtures aren't your typical,,,, the stairs alone could cost you a fortune,,, the appliances,,,, if anything considering the land prices in Runda this is the most reasonable I've seen,,,, plus the space isn't mediocre,,, and installing a pool isn't a mere 100k,,,, that's not even halfway there,,,,,

in my humble opinion, the house is nice but the presentation is wanting, please try to engage the viewers, just explain and stop moving that camera as if you are being chased, it makes one feel english english. Take good time, we have the time to watch.

This is just a show house. The development is still under construction. The entire property is on 40 acres The Amenities which will be available include a Heated Pool, Basket Ball Court, Tennis Court, Full Board Back up Generator, Theater Room, Jogging Track, Park etc. So Ruth IT'S WORTH IT.
