The late 80s & the early 90s. What a great time for it all. Partying in my part of Baltimore County MD. On the water having a blast. Jamming to this music and other great tunes.....out on the pier smoking a joint, beer in hand. Boats pulling up with people ready to have some fun. Too much fun was had in those days.
