It happend to me. My galio couldn't hit anything with his e, he was passing through. Electro wasnt working and 3 teamates had this rune. Also the my game crashed a lot times and i lost my lp and then my pc crashed once i got a blue screen of death. (If u don't believe me vandiril has uploaded a video with the same bug.) Even when i asked riot support i still have this problems but i find a way to fix this. I deleted the game
