@nesetans I actually don't love Simon. I like him but I'm a relatively new fan so I don't have as much bias as the older fans. Josh is my favorite so far. And I've already recently watched through all the older videos, very recently so they're very fresh on my mind. I do not in the slightest see any abuse or toxicity. In fact, quite the opposite, I see genuine adoration from Simon when it comes to JJ. I honestly feel like that guy would die for JJ. Over anyone else, I think Simon would be the first to jump in front of a bullet for him. JJ's family was just wrong. But ALSO I have no memory of them ever saying he ABUSED JJ, just that they thought he was using him. And if I recall, they have since reconciled all of that and JJ's mother literally calls Simon her son. The only reason I take up for Simon so much is that I think he's actually a really good guy. He's brutal, he's harsh, and sometimes even cruel. And to be completely honest, he IS hard to watch sometimes cuz I, personally don't vibe with that kind of personality. But I still think he's got a big ass heart and since becoming a fan, all I see in the comments are hate for him. And I know they bother him. They also bother the other guys, cuz they make little comments about it on Side+ and whatnot, trying to lighten it up for him. He deserves better.

Going both physically and mentally, Tobi changed the least. Then simon, josh, Harry, ethan, ksi, vik. From when I first saw them to now. Tobi still looks the same and still kind but witty. Simon still sarcastic, witty, looks the same, just got a bit more leadership. Josh still analytical, and responsible, but got more leadership and a major glow up. Harry is still a wild card, but simply became an adult, so a lot more responsible and bigger than back in the day. Ethan got much more confident in himself, obviously lost weight, matured more than almost everyone else. And ksi when from neek to celebrity, complete 180 physically, but still the same guy with his boys, physical transformationand mindset carries. Vik still smart, but got a lot more confidence, a glow up, and stands up for himself a lot more.

Later they clarified further but even in that video, the crew said they voted it just casually and also because of the fact that Vikk stands up for other Sidemen and few others and then pushes back against people in certain situations if they go "against" those, and in the process, he becomes mean. Whether he is narcissistic or not (remember he voted him the "most selfish" himself), or whether he snaps his fingers at a waiter or not (whether or not, he did it for camera, he did give the shopkeeper a lot of money for loss of business in lockdown in one Sidemen video), I have not seen any evidence of that and I'll leave that to you whether that's true or not.
