Kson Encounters a High Degree of Professionalism

I found this brilliant new vtuber, she debuted a little while ago. Frankly I think she's pretty swell. I don't think I'll make these often, but when I do make clips from now on, it'll be of Kson. If you are just here for Coco content, you can go ahead and unsub if you wish.
The person that she is talking about in this clip is Himono, the person who rigged her Live2D model. Put some dang respect on her name, she did a fantastic job with it. Her professionalism only accentuates the cred she at least gets from me. If it were me, I definitely wouldn't do the same thing. Kson is definitely right in this clip. I often settle for a half assed piece of work ON TOP of procrastinating all the time, but still pretend like I worked my ass off to make the thing so I can get paid.

A little clarification for transparency, the very first line translated isn't entirely accurate. She actually says, "So about the double down (倍プッシュ) for this new model." Which is referring to something she had said earlier on in the source video. Tl;dr that new model has the biggest lump sum investment put into it out of anything in her life so she made a joke about it being like a double down where you put up more money in an attempt to gamble back twice the winnings. This had nothing to do with the message of the clip and it most likely would have just confused y'all so I cut that entirely.

First of all, I'm glad to see you back again. I have a little question about the word "slump"; I haven't heard it before and the definitions and translations I've found are different from each other. What Himono says to Kson is she feels incapable to develop a design, she is feeling depressed, or it means something else?

slump /sləmp/ noun - a period of substantial failure or decline. "the organization's recent slump" Something similar to writer's block or in this case, artist's block.

I'm a little bit confused. Do I understand correctly that Himono sensei got the contract for the design, model and rigging, and then Yaman sensei took over for the design but Himono sensei still did the rigging?
