It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.

A nuclear warhead like the one at 2:16 rotates during reentry for stability. Also, MIRVs (multiple independently-targetable reentry vehicles) don't rain down on a single target in a conga line. They spread out like shotgun pellets. A warhead delivered by an ICBM usually detonates at about 2000 feet off the ground.

Well, this ICBM that you showed have MIRV warheads So you should point them at diffrent targets with last stage that should have only RCS thrusters to point them at diffrent targets this is so called "post-booster" often called as half-stage. Nobody in real world and KSP one will use MIRVs for one target. Anywyas great video :)
